From Order to Arrival
How delivery time is calculated.
Your total delivery time includes both order processing and carrier transit time. Transit estimates begin only after dispatch.
Order confirmed
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address used during checkout.

Tracking details sent

Pre-order Orders
Delivery begins when your piece is ready.
Pre-order products are prepared for dispatch around the estimated shipping date shown on the product page or in your order confirmation. The delivery estimate then includes the carrier transit time for your destination.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the full order may be held until the pre-order item becomes available unless separate shipments are arranged. Estimated dates may change due to production, quality-control or carrier circumstances; we will contact you if there is a material update.

Customs clearance code
Customers must provide a valid Personal Customs Clearance Code. Customs information should be submitted in Korean where required.
Payable by the recipient
Unless expressly collected at checkout, import duties, taxes and customs charges are payable by the recipient. We cannot declare an order as a gift or reduce its purchase value.
Return costs may apply
Where permitted by law, return shipping, customs, carrier and handling costs resulting from a refused parcel may be deducted from any amount otherwise due or charged to the customer.

Allow a little room for the unexpected
Published transit times begin after dispatch and are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs checks, peak periods, weather, carrier disruption and remote-area service can extend transit.
For a time-sensitive order, order early and select express delivery at checkout where available. After dispatch, the carrier tracking page provides the most current estimate.
Use a complete, serviceable address
Include the street and building number, apartment or unit number, city, region, postal code and a reachable telephone number. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or military addresses.
Some islands, territories and remote locations may be unavailable or have different carrier fees. Checkout availability is the final confirmation. Email us immediately for an address correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch begins.
After Dispatch
Track every step.
Once your parcel leaves our facility, use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation. Carrier scans can take time to appear, particularly when a parcel is transferred between delivery partners.
Tracking not updating?
Allow the carrier time to register the first scan, then check the tracking page again.
Delivery is delayed?
Review the carrier status first. Customs, weather and peak periods can extend transit time.
Marked delivered but missing?
Check safe places, household members and neighbours, then contact the carrier and our team.
