Pre-order Policy
What is a pre-order?
Pre-ordering gives you early access to next season’s most coveted pieces before they sell out. A pre-order means the item is still in production at the time of purchase and is not yet available in our warehouse. Before completing checkout, please verify whether the product is marked as a pre-order. Delivery times for pre-order items may vary.
How long will it take to ship my pre-order?
Production timelines vary by item. The estimated production time is 15–30 business days from the date the item is listed online. Once the item arrives in our warehouse, it will be shipped within three business days. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the pre-order item will be shipped separately.
Why might there be a delay?
Each piece goes through multiple production and quality control stages to ensure the highest standards. While we follow a linear production schedule, occasional delays may occur. In the rare event of a delay, our Customer Care team will contact you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible unless the 30-business-day production period has been exceeded. If you wish to cancel within these conditions, please contact our Customer Care team.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you may update your shipping address before your order is dispatched by checking your order details in your account and contacting our Customer Care team. Once the order has shipped, address changes are unfortunately not possible.
