At Relvoux, every piece is handcrafted with love and attention to detail. While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you hoped for. If you’re not completely in love with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 business days from the delivery date.

 

 

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

When submitting your request, please include:

1.      Your order number

2.     The name of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange

3.     The reason for your return/exchange

4.     Clear photos of the item(s), showing the product and all attached tag
Important: Photos must clearly display the original tags still attached to the item(s). This helps us confirm the product’s return eligibility and ensures a smooth process. Once we receive your request, we will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.

 

 

Return & Exchange Terms

We accept returns for Gift Card or Exchange only. Returned items will be inspected and may be rejected if they do not meet the following requirements:

·       Item is unworn and in original condition, with all original tags attached

·       No marks, stains, or damage (including makeup or spray tan)

·       For swimwear: hygiene stickers must be intact

·       No odors (including deodorant, perfume, body odor, or laundry detergent)

·       Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

·       Accessories (press-on nails, necklaces, glasses, gloves, earrings, hats, leggings) are non-returnable

·       A receipt or proof of purchase is provided


Return Address

Our return facility is in New Jersey, USA.
Please do not send packages to the waybill address—any packages sent there will be refused.
Contact us at hello@relvoux.com to receive the full return address before shipping your item back.


Refunds & Exchanges

·       Gift Card Refunds: Once we confirm the returned item meets all requirements, a gift card will be emailed to the address on your order. Gift cards are valid for 12 months.

·       Exchanges:

o   If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the price difference.

o   If the replacement item costs less, we’ll issue a gift card for the difference.


Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure all products arrive in perfect condition. In the rare case you receive a faulty item, please email us within 7 business days of delivery.
If confirmed faulty, we can:

·       Replace the item with a new one OR

·       Issue a gift card for the same value if you prefer not to receive a replacement

Faults include manufacturing defects such as holes, unsewn seams, or damaged segments. Relvoux reserves the right to review and address other types of faults on a case-by-case basis.


Important Notes

·       Always keep your return tracking information for proof of delivery.

·       Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

·       Customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.


Final Sale Items

·       Final Sale styles are last-chance items and will not be restocked.

·       They are not eligible for return or exchange unless confirmed faulty by our team.

·       Any unauthorized Final Sale items sent back will be refused and returned to the sender.


Lost or Misdelivered Items

·       Relvoux is not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or duties.

·       We are not liable for misplaced, lost, or stolen packages.

·       We are also not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
